I love you Uncle Jimmy, your whole entire family does. I am do honored yo have your last name, honored to be your niece. I sure miss my dad, please tell him that, but i am glad yall finally got to be reunited, as i know the earthly plane has fallen away but the soul level reunites Papaw Hazel, Granny Lorrine, Aunt Bertha, Uncle Randy’s sweet little baby face, Uncle Robin, and my dad. The only time i ever saw dad cry, was in speaking of you. Unfortunately, the family will never be able to really rest until we have your identified remains. Daddy Sammy always told me- and i thought it such an odd thing to say as a kid/teen- that you weren’t in that grave. We need closure and answers. If an unidentified Navyman kia on 12.7.41 can be identified after being stuck in the water somewhere up to 3yrs, and returned home for burial after 81yrs, then we need that too. 🙏🏽 God bless all the heros that served with Uncle Jimmy, i wish i could shake each and every one of your hands and hug you and especially THANK YOU 💜
